Mr. Kohtaro Kinoshita is the Seventh Generation President of the 180 year
old Kitaya Corporation. He is a graduate of the University of Tokyo
majoring in Biotechnology & Agricultural Chemistry. Mr. Kinoshita is
actively engaged in the brewing and distilling of Kitaya's Award-Winning
Ultra-Premium Artisanal Sakes and Shochu. Kitaya's Kansansui Junmai
Dai-Ginjyo holds the most top accolades of any sake in the US as awarded by
several top wine competitions.
